Add the ability for us to disable very slow basic and supported rates for wifi clients, eg 1, 6, 12 mbps etc.

This is very important for multi room wireless audio systems, because slow rates take up more airtime and can break group playback.

It also helps to solve sticky client problems where a stubborn client won't connect to a better AP when it should.

I saw a request from someone else to add a minimum RSSI setting to araknis APs. That is a brute force approach to solving sticky client issues when tx power can't be decreased, or minimum transmission rates enforced, and can cause worse problems for devices that work normally, but are close to the minimum, when RF conditions get worse eg, lots of people in the room
