I have the same issue, I tried using a different browser (Firefox, I am using Chrome) I tried incognito mode. Nothing works.
10-5-20 Working now after call with SnapAV. They had to do something on the backend to give my user account access to the new feature. I do not think this will be an issues moving forward, since it was a beta they had to select specific users, once this rolls out they will just give everyone access.
