Performing Beta upgrade on my personal residence. For my network I am using an RK-1 router, NK-1, SX-24P16 and two WK-2 APs. I did have an OvrC Pro Hub installed at time of testing.
WK-2 updates went smoothly and the two I have reset normally. I didn't read carefully enough and initiated the update to both APs at the same time from the NK-1 firmware update panel instead of disconnecting them from the NK-1 first. Thankfully this caused no issues. Both APs kept their settings intact and auto added themselves to my OvrC account since I had an OvrC Pro Hub already installed at my home. Added a new SSID in OvrC and connected with success. It did give me a warning that if I added an additional SSID that Band Steering would be turned Off. I don't see anywhere in the interface that allows me to turn Band Steering back On afterwards.
First attempt at updating the NK-1 failed. After uploading the 2.00.0.100267, the System Firmware update screen never progressed to the login screen after 20 minutes. Re-logged into the NK-1 and installed the 1.40.0.100237 transition firmware (even though this was already the current firmware), which was successful. Attempted 2.00.0.100267 again and during the update process the Login splash screen opened and closed itself continuously and was unable to login before it closed. Manually closed the window and entered default IP address (192.168.1.240) and was able to get to the login screen and successfully logged in with the new default ovrc/ovrc. Changed username and password on the next screen and instantly received an Error (Bad Request) page. Manually connected again and successfully logged in using the new username and password I created. Deleted my existing OvrC Pro Hub to enable the NK-1 as the new OvrC Pro Agent. Device Details loading correctly. Webconnected just fine. When I pressed the Scan button within the NK-1 I received a Bad Request Error. Checking the System Log after logging in again, it appears that it did in fact Scan successfully. When navigating between tabs within the NK-1 I received a couple of Bad Request errors and needed to re-login, as well as the UI switching to a basic CSS format (see attached snip image). Navigation is slow. Within OvrC, 3rd party devices (Control4, Pakedge, Sonos, Samsung) are showing correctly with correct information.
