okay i am getting many things sorted out and learning alot in the process. sorry everyone for being difficult about change, but it seems like things are heading in the right direction, got all the devices cleared out and conflicts resolved.
now would like to know more about getting notifications for zigbee and zwave devices instead of just a table to look at.

Hi, and thanks.
so far my learning curve with ovrc pro is coming along well on it's own.
the platform is really awesome and it will continue to improve.
I notice that the zigbee status in ovrc is available and slow to respond to change. Bakpak and Ihiji both have the ability to text after a short period of off line or back online status. The text and email notification is what is used. Ovrc uses push notifications and email which is better. So what would be great is to just incorporate all the features of devices that are zigbee and zwave to be similar to the ip devices. For instance if you pull the batteries out of a remote, in a few minutes a notification is sent out, or if there is a glitchy node in the mesh, the ovrc account sends out email and push notifications to indicate the issue.
My next step is to determine why the zigbee nodes are not grouping into their zigbee node server origin, they are listed on the one main controller it seems.
When the result seems to be apparent, I will be back to report what happens and what might be helpful.
Thanks for going through these posts and finding ways to make this product better.

Thanks for your feedback Michael :)
This sounds like a feature improvement! (and I'm sure our PM would be curious to hear what type of notifications)
Evan Marty - Please help advise on this.

I would like it to be adjustable for offline and back online every two or three minutes to more minimal like hourly etc.
This is to define weak nodes or slow nodes in zigbee networking. At this moment if you take batteries out of a remote control, it takes hours to show offline in ovrc pro
In BakPak and Ihiji and even the obsolete green light, the text and emails were instantly sent.
Thanks hope that is understandable
