I have a device that shows up in my Pro Hub's device list, but does not show up in the device list on the OvrC UI. What do I do?
This typically means that the missing device was claimed on another site that has a Pro Hub.
If you know which site it was claimed at, simply hide the device at the old site and then re-scan at the new location to have the device claimed at the new location.
