AN-110-SW-8 - This must be something on your end. Two devices in two different locations. This is the second time this has happened in the last 2 months. I had to go on site and reset. Why?

We have been experincing constant issues OVRC wide with 110 Switches (5 and 8 Port models). This has not been resolved with firmware 1.0.25.

This has been a constant issue for well over a year now. Please help to correct this, we get constant notifications and see offline, but devices are connected and working. Why hasn't this been resolved yet?

Any new news. Love OvrC when it works. Like I said the sites are 225 miles apart, with two different service providers. The products behind the switch are online. But both sites disconnected from OvrC at same time. ?????

Evan Marty: Any update on this old issue? It's still marked in progress and I still have a number of 110 switches off ovrc although they work fine
