Bug Report - The connected/disconnected device count does not include monitored 3PP devices when a location is offline

This is seen on the location dashboard, and in the customer icon badge.

The dashboard monitored device count also changes to reflect native OvrC devices only.

This should be working today, can you retest your side.

James Zabel: I'm able to confirm today that the behavior seems to be unchanged for a monitored site that's down. The native OVRC devices are included in the disconnected device count, and the 3PP devices are not.
