Cant Add Device to Ovrc Customer

I have a WB-300-IP-3 model WB357 and every time I try to add it to my Ovrc Customer, it says "Device Not Found. Verify the information entered is correct and confirm that the device is online. Please try again."
The MAC IS correct (double, tripple checked), and the device IS online. The control panel when I browse to the devices IP says "Cloud Service: Connected."
Please advise, thank you.

Support says, for my particular devices, it is because they are already linked to another OvrC account.

I've also reported this many times. It's one of those frustrating bugs that seems to be ongoing with OvrC. This has been happening to me for over a year. Wait and try again. Eventually it will work.

ryan palma: I clicked on the stacked dots in the lower left and clicked OVRC LEGACY, entered my MAC address, and got the same type of message.

I have issues like this across the board from time to time. All products. Devices are always online and we get this error too. Onsite or not.
