I have a WB-300-IP-3 model WB357 and every time I try to add it to my Ovrc Customer, it says "Device Not Found. Verify the information entered is correct and confirm that the device is online. Please try again."
The MAC IS correct (double, tripple checked), and the device IS online. The control panel when I browse to the devices IP says "Cloud Service: Connected."
