I can't connect to my Wattbox even though It shows up in my inventory (I did not create a customer since I am the customer). I tried Safari, Chrome and Brave, allowed content in Safari and allowed pop ups, but when I hit the box with the arrow (connect) I get a blank white screen, I tried going directly to the IP address and signing in with admin, admin and it rejects it. I reset the wattbox with a paper clip- same results. I used the app on my iphone and when I hit connect in the three dots same thing a white screen.
