Clients cannot use one email for multiple OvrC sites.
We have encountered a few situations recently where clients are expecting OvrC to perform similarly to Savant, or Crestron where multiple "sites" are manageable via one email account.
Please share this issue with your software development team, to see what long term changes can be made to support multiple OvrC sites on one email.

Guys, I believe this feature was added quite sometime ago. As long as you have multiple locations under 1 account.
You click the link in ovrc for the account and not go into each individual location. There is a users tab for the account. You can then add 1 email address for all the sites associated with that account.
In essence you just can't have 1 email address across multiple accounts.

This has been an issue for us since the beginning of OVRC. It prevents us from using OVRC for anything customer-facing as our customer-base is primarily luxury homeowners with multiple properties.

It has been this way since the beginning and hundreds of people have been complaining about it for years and years. While it is infinitely frustrating for all of us and our clients who have multiple homes, the clown show that is writing the code for both OvrC and Control4 apparently doesn't know how to fix it.

Yes , this is a problem for house managers!
