Whenever there's a mass service event in our area we are flooded with offline notifications. The issue is they can't be easily sorted in our (dealer) e-mail inbox.

Please let us customize notification formats or change the default email template to something like:

OvrC Notification: <client_name> - <site_name> | [event_type]: [detail]

so the email notification subject line would read:

"OvrC Notification: Dobb, Bob - Slacker Home | Over Voltge: Wattbox 1 - Outlet 10"
