Would be nice to be able to add a dummy non IP assigned switch into OVRC.

Maybe used a hardened switch, or cheapy, would be great to add to a room in ovrc to assist with trouble shooting, even though it can't be manipulated or show any details. A name field, and a note, and possible make and model fields.
