FAIL - New Dealer of Record change process.

Just tried this new process and it’s left my client and myself very upset. First, client tried to change or start the process via the app and it never worked. App just hung up. They then called into Control4 and was told the process has been started and your dealer now needs to complete their tasks.
We roll out to the home, create a new account, install a Hub and begin the takeover process. After some time it appears to have completed. Well, it did not COMPLETELY finish. The system is stuck in some weird limbo state where I see the devices, but cannot connect remotely, and certain controller information is blank within OvrC on the Control & Automation page.
Now guess what, after talking with Control4 support looks like we need to roll out there again and go through this new jacked up half backed process all over again. You now know how I feel, what do you think my client is going to say.
Bottom line, our first attempt with this new process was a failure and waste of time and we still can’t help this client in need of help.
Thanks Team on this new ridicules process.

and I just ordered a prohub for this purpose, for a time-wasted-sensitive client takeover. Praying. FWIW - I've had one prior situation where TS was able to get a Core3 migrated without the need for ProHub. I was wondering today the tradeoffs in cost C4 might have evaluated between 1) creating a utility like Image Downloader that would accomplish what PH is supposed to do, and 2) selling the hardware. Pretty much every site we've ever sold has an OvrC capable device in it - either router or C4 controller - and its hard for me to understand as an outsider why this extra e-crowbar of a tool is needed - and what all the failure paths might be. I wont do a takeover when TS isn't available anymore.
