Hello! I'd like to kindly submit feedback / request additional product features in the OVRC application.

While I understand local hardware devices have system logs available, my understanding is that the OvrC web app currently does not provide logging capabilities to view user and account activity. As an administrator, for security, troubleshooting, and audibility, I need the ability to determine exactly who made a change, what change was made, and when it was made. This applies to both OvrC app settings and customer environment changes or actions.

I'd like to request that audit logs be viewable in the OVRC web console as well support exporting them to a central logging platform.

As an MSP administrator and user, I'd like to request support for SAML 2.0 or OIDC to support Single Sign-On via providers like Google Workspace or Okta. This would increase security by enforcing our own authentication policies such as MFA, reduce distinct sets of credentials, improve user and group management, and improve usability with many applications.
