Feature Request: OvrC: Additional Event Notifications

- Please let me monitor and get notified of an IP address change or a component.
- Please let me monitor and get notified when an outlet on a WattBox no longer show something drawing power.
- Please let me add 'Dummy' devices that may not show on the network (For instance an unmanaged switch may feed several monitored devices. If I could add it to the OvrC and map it to a PDU then finding and power cycling would be faster... also see req#2 to tie-ins)
