I am a Snap BDM. Below is an excerpt from a conversation with a C4 dealers. I get variations of this feedback daily from C4 dealers. Please fix.

“ Sorry. I know I being negative about everything. But on my end things feel like they have legitimately gotten worse overall. More complicated with little gain. Every update to X4 has required a call into tech support due to registration issues. That is usually 30-45 minutes minimum. Maybe work on the things you have now and get them bulletproof first before you keep “adding new features”. They have to be bulletproof now because our ability to implement literally depends on OvrC working.”
