It would be great if we could simply click/press on the icons in the monitored devices section fo it to take us to a list of those devices. So if you press on the Disconnected devices you just get a list of them and if you press on the devices needing firmware update you get a list of just those devices.

From a site dashboard, I can immediately see the disconnected device count and the number with available firmware updates. I always want to click those "buttons" and jump to the "troubled" devices. That would be really useful at a site level, but even more so at a customer list/map view.

Would also be nice to see a screen where we can see all sites and firmware updates needed - to make it easier to push out.

Shawn Lemay: You can use the map view and customer view dropdown to filter sites that need Firmware updates. We don't have that view for all devices across all sites. Not perfect, but that's what we have right now.
