Hey Team, is there any more insight as to the timeline to migrate our existing ihiji portal clients over to OVRC? this has been on the roadmap for awhile, wondering if it has come into focus yet?

Matt Comer: hey gents, As existing Ihiji client, still waiting for the road map on the migration to the OVRc portal. I am now engaged in ATTEMPTING to get support for an Ihiji site, i can share this is very painful experience this morning. I need to replace a main appliance, that we have recieved, but the key is not in the portal. Email, phone, leave an email, chat window in Ihiji portal, no replys, no calls, notta. We didnt sign up for a no service hardware, back when we where ihiji, support was around. Calling the OVRc tech guys are great with there product but truly have no idea what to do with Ihiji products or portal. You would think there would be somebody available to field these product calls, feel like i am blowing in the wind.
