We are using a LUM-420-W-FLSW Floodlight and was asked by our client if there was a way to temporarily deactivate the Light Alarm on the camera if they ever have a party and are aware that there are people around, but then be able to reactivate it when the guests leave. We called in to support to find out the answer and we were told that on the LumeView app there is a toggle for the floodlight, but that it was not going to change the response of the Light Alarm, and that the best place to do so, was through the NVR by going into its's web UI, which we think is something most clients are not going to want to go into to make changes after they hired us to go in, install and program. So, we would like to see a bit more configurable options available to the user.
