It would be really nice if you could have links to the user manual/Documentation directly from the device configuration page that takes you to the online manual. This would especially be great for some of the legacy products that are still deployed. Also, it would be great to have a reorder button that took you to the product (or the replacement product for legacy products) to speed up finding a replacement. I have attached a screen shot. It would be nice on the configuration page to have a tab that says documentation that links directly back to the support tab on the product page. Then have a reorder button that takes you to the product page or the replacement product if it is a legacy product. Just some thoughts to make things a little more seamless for guys out in the field.
