Map view - filter for 'needs attention'

On the map view, it would be great to be able to click on the 'needs attention' block and have it filter to only those accounts that need attention. This can help quickly show if a neighborhood or cluster is all out at once, to identify ISP or power company issues without having to dig much deeper

Mark Feinberg We do have a filter dropdown next to the search bar for this, but we will look at making the block also clickable for this. Thanks!

James Zabel: I didn't see the filter up top - that works exactly as I had envisioned. Just not very obvious that it is there
