NEW DASHBOARD IS BAD!!!!

LOT's of extra mouse clicks to gather information. Visually BAD there is far too much real estate taken up with site information you don't need once you know what site you are working on. The INFO is scattered all over the place. Can you think before you change this stuff? PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD DASHBOARD> You've made my job so much harder than it needs to be.
Ben Dunster
Totally, the new interface is so much more messy than it used to be.

They've had an absolute shocker with this. There's no way on earth that this update should have gone live.
If they planned to torpedo their brand then it's been a huge success.

I'M 100 percent convinced that some how the government is involved in forcing them to remove control from us.....there is no other logical explanation for why a company would knowingly destroy a nicely working system......go ahead and try to convince me otherwise....!!!!

100 percent agree!

I cannot upvote this enough. I've already begun phasing out all OvrC equipment. It's basically unusable on mobile devices now.

I have spent the last several years defending the OvrC team as they worked toward some pretty big goals. But I can't do that anymore. I genuinely can't see what's happening at this point. I'm a professional developer and this product would have never made it to release in any company I've ever worked with. My only guess is that the decision makers aren't actually software developers. The device UIs are just as bad. Snap products 5 years ago had much better use experiences. I've begun offering my customers the opportunity to replace all Snap products (Araknis and OvrC) with competing brands at my cost. After reviewing numbers last year, it's cheaper to pay for new hardware than it is to give free service calls for issues generated by using Snap products. I have to stay in business and reliance on Snap networking brands is proving too costly for me.

Rob Dunham: This has been my experience with OvrC too. We tried using Araknis as our network backbone on a few projects but I spent a ton of time troubleshooting weird problems and working with Snap tech support trying to track down and quash random bugs. And then continued to have to support these systems far more often and often at our own expense than I did with the network brand I'm currently using. OvrC is great as a secondary tool for setting up a few Snap branded products like Luma or Wattbox, and being able to tunnel straight into a device on the network remotely is pretty useful sometimes too. But it is NOT ready to be the mission critical service Snap is forcing it into yet. I do hope they fix it though, I am not at all opposed to using it if it can be brought up to snuff.

Nothing good in this new version, much more wasted thought and scrolling. Who asked for rooms ? Do we have to retro every system for room designation ? I do not think industry professionals that actually work in the field made these change suggestions. The App is torture. Please give us the option to revert to the last version.

Do you have a screenshot of the differences? I noticed it was a bit different but I can't put my finger on anything specific.

Caleb Purvis: With the new dashboard it is difficult to put your finger on anything! Pun intended
