AS of Thursday of last week, the aggregated wireless client list is available on the Wi-Fi Management page regardless of the the site being enrolled and settings being imported. Your feedback was heard and we have adjusted. Thank you

What Ted stated: wireless client list now has to be done by memory and takes too long, large projects with many AP's require you to drill down to each one via 'device' and see who is where. We don't need any of the new features, want the old version back. Huge Step Backward !

+1 Agree. Obviously there are tools in the network devices to get all those lists and graphs but the way the Dashboard was given us a quick access, not only to see them but also to quickly set a DHCP reservation was great. Removing that option is a big step backwards. Please add that again or give us the option to customize the dashboard.

I agree. I am NOT a fan of the new front page. To give a few examples/details: Information that was previously present and immediately useful in evaluating site conditions has been replaced with info that is typically not helpful at the first stage of evaluating a problem report (or follow-up monitoring). Things I want/need to see at first glance (internet history, DHCP and Wireless client lists...) have been replaced with information that is not needed in initial confirmation of the status of a system or issue...(customer's email address, phone number, street address, public IP, local date and time, map, etc.) While useful to have that info in OvrC, too...this is mostly administrative/account info...not support/service info...and - with the exception of public IP - exists in multiple places on my phone and computers. Another example is the little map on every customer's front page...it's just not needed there. We have the big map if we want to get an overview of issues...and the little map (which takes up a lot of potentially useful space) is only needed if/when someone is dispatched to go to a location (which OvrC is supposed to help minimize) AND that site is an unfamiliar location. So far as space allocation on the front page, internet history was much more useful. That's one of the first things checked...and, even if the speed is not completely accurate, still gives us info on outages or severe fluctuations from ISP...but we need to see more than just one test. (And, now, even that information on the most recent test has been moved to the bottom of the page, requiring scrolling to see on some devices.)

Ted Rothstein The DHCP client list is on the router details page and the wireless client list is under Wi-Fi Management

Evan Marty: This was much better on the front page, having to dig for it is a pain, additionally not all my clients are imported, and importing makes wifi passwords Open, which then means I have to process an update to the client which makes the network go down for a min, meaning i have to contact each client. I dont like this at all.

Evan Marty: (1) The DHCP lists are NOT PRESENT on the router details page in OvrC for Pakedge RK-1 or Pakedge/Fortinet routers at any of my customer sites. (2) The wireless client list is also not present under wifi management, but that info does still show on the device details page for Pakedge WAP models (WA-2200/4200 and WK-1/2 and WX-1). (3) This DHCP and wireless client information IS PRESENT in the locations you noted for Araknis router and WAP models. (It appears that the Araknis WAPs may have properly transitioned to the WiFi management page, however, all the sites with Pakedge WAP models now show "Not Enrolled".) (4) The wireless client list that was formerly on the customer front page was previously correctly displaying (for both Pakedge and Araknis WAPs) all client devices on wireless as well as which specifying which WAP each client was connected to, which was very useful to have in a single list. (5) It appears that other data may have been lost in this change - I just checked "Activities" pages for numerous Pakedge and Araknis routers and WAPs...and all of the data has DISAPPEARED...and now shows only "No device activity reported at this time." (6) Even if this were all working properly, the result of the changes to OvrC is that some of the most useful information has been relocated such that multiple navigation clicks are now required to access this information which was previously immediately visible.
