Allow me to write device notes uninterupted. currently the page refreshes regularly and ditches everything since the previous save. Copy and pasting content in harms formatting, otherwise have to press save every 20seconds.

I thought it was due to inactivity, but nope. While you are typing it will auto refresh and all notes since the last save it gone.
I'll just have to copy/paste from notepad over.
Suggestion for the Devs, maybe exclude the Notes from the auto refresh interval all together (I'm assuming the refresh interval is tied to all analytics of the device) and have a "Sync Notes" button that will have to be manually applied by the end user? Then still auto-refresh after 30min or so?

This is still happening; I can't write notes for more than 30 seconds without losing everything I write. Is there any update to fixing this?
