Notification Timestamps inconsistent

I encountered this again today and contacted support as it was enough to bother me.
Try to re-apply the timezone in OvrC. Wattbox devices won't let you change the time/zone once it has been setup.

When is this going to get corrected ?
We have clients all over the country with different time zones , you would imagine that the ovrc hub attached to that client should display that time zone for notifications. Its extremely frustrating to have to keep going to emails to check on timing issues. I did also notice that this post from Kevin L. was over 2 years ago and the same issue exists. Why is that ?
