To help us investigate and resolve this issue faster, could you please capture a screen recording showing what happens when you tap the notification and attach it here?
How to record your screen on iOS:
- Open Control Center (swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen).
- Tap the Record button (the solid circle inside a ring) — a 3-second countdown will start.
- Replicate the issue in the app.
- Tap the red timer/status bar at the top of your screen and select Stop.
- Attach the saved video from your Photos app to a reply here.
