Ovrc Already Claimed device warning

The update to let us know that a device has been claimed is great. Would like the message to include the name of the customer account that it was claimed by. Ran into this issue with a Luma NVR. Was able to find the NVR and transfer it. The issue that really ate up was that the same account that claimed the NVR, also claimed the cameras plugged into the NVR. The cameras did not move with NVR. They showed up fine in the NVR and Luma view, but could not be added to Control4 until it dawned on me that they were also claimed by the previous account. Had to search, find them and move them, before they would connect in Composer.

Even more confusing is when an OVRC pro device from a dealers network claims the device, and when you go to add it to setup the customer account, it gives you the error. You need to then hunt around and try to find the account that it auto-magically claimed under.
If it's under the same dealer account, you should just be prompted to "Transfer" the device...

Yup voiced this exact concern a couple weeks ago to tech support. Wasted hours troubleshooting, trying updates, and resetting defaults. You would think this would be something they would have thought of in the beginning...
