We have been having issues with the OVRC app for the past several months, using on iOS and Android on cell phones. When were are accessin devices from a customer, none in particular, and opening a Data Switch, like a 320 and 420, the page goes all white and then becomes all response, so just a puro white screen with nothing else. I can send a video direct to support, bt for privacy cannot show video to the public. When will this be fixed?
