OVRC Connect Users with Multiple Properties DIfferent Dealers

We are running into this issue more and more with our custmers. A user name should be able to share multiple properties from different dealers, which each property setup can define the access levels etc. This is causing issues, customers of this level do not like to be inconvenienced of having to use or even setup an additional email, remember a second email and password, especially when the customers are paying for the equipmnet from the same manufacturer...
Will this be resolved?

I think I request this every time I call tech support. Maybe falling on deaf ears.

While I don't disagree, an easy workaround is to be sure to use a gmail based account, then you can add a dot between any characters before the @ symbol and SnapAV's servers will recognize it as a different email address, but all the emails will still go to the same inbox. You don't have to create a new gmail address, or remember something other than where the dot goes. There is another gmail trick to create instant aliases by appending the gmail username with a + and some text.

Light Maleski Internally, we use email aliases pointing toward a single shared mailbox to provide technician access to 2FA and other email-based authentications. Doing this with a generic Gmail account (rather than Google Workspace or Microsoft Exchange) isn't a great solution though. First, if the client doesn't log into the account in a specific period of time, the account gets deleted by Google. Also, forcing either the client or the company to maintain another email account specifically for this purpose adds workload. Add in the new Google 2FA requirement hurdle, and it quickly becomes a hassle.

Light Maleski The "+" trick works for most email services, if I'm not mistaken. Then you can have sub-emails like "user+home@domain.com" or "user+zipcode@domain.com".
Then all email traffic routes to one inbox, and you can even have them use the same password for convenience since all reset requests go to that inbox anyway.

Don Kirbu then the Dot trick works every time all the time and never gets deleted. Also very easy to remember. Sometimes people have to comply with the limits of a given system regardless. I do agree that this should be fixed where’s sites are ID numbers and are not unique to emails.
