Pause Wireless Network

We've used araknis to do this for years and it works well!

Marcel Vachon the only way is to do it based on device MAC address. you can pause devices on the network, not the network itself. So, you have to know the MAC of the device and be able to identify it in OVRC connect. This is not efficient or always possible for various reasons. A far simpler solution is to just pause an SSID

this has been a feature for many years using araknis wifi. set it up in ovrc and then the customer uses the ovrc connect app to manually pause it or they can set schedules. this has been possible for i think at least 5 years!

Chad Grossman - true, that would be easier,

Damien Winters The idea is for it to be easy. You can change MACs easily on iOS, which negates the current feature. And OVRC doesn't pick up the name of the device most of the time. Literally every customer that has been interested in this feature has been frustrated with the current feature set and needs a simpler solution. The ability to schedule and/or just pause an SSID is super easy.
