I have seen that many times too, and the lack of specificity is really maddening. The hubris! of programmers imagining they could anticipate every single error condition (unless its a NASA project, and even then ...). In my cases, support has had to perform back end magic to get past things like this. While I love OvrC, there are times when its too delicate for my liking in the rough and tumble world of real time production system management -- at least in today's form.
