PTZ Controls on Analogs are almost useless on mobile

Customer has a new set of eight 310 Luma Analog Dome cameras connected to a 510 2TB DVR. All camera PTZ protocols are set to UTC as directed. Zoom and focus functions work fine via web browser but are practically useless from mobile. On Screen "press and hold" buttons would make these functions much more useful. The "pinch to zoom" commands are hit or miss, mostly miss. Pinching 12 times to get a minor adjustment just isn't helping sell these devices. Can this be looked into or are there some solid control methods for mobile PTZ commands that are being missed? Using Luma Link via Luma Surveillance App w/ OvrC integration.

It's a bad interface design. You don't pinch multiple times. Pinch once and hold it until the desired zoom level is reached. Releasing and pinching again starts over before the motor has begun to move making it just shutter in place.
