Random Alerts being selected

This has been happening to me lately. For instance, my house, there are no alerts other than my router, network switch, and APs. However, i've been getting alerts from random devices falling offline (like say a Kindle). I did NOT set these. And this isnt an isolated incident its happening to about 2% of my customers (I have roughly 200+ ovrc accounts)

Could it be that the Kindle was at your house when your OVRC device did its scan and now it is attached to your site? We have had to prevent our showroom doing OVRC scans to prevent this exact issue.

Yes we have this exact issue as well. It turns on alerts for any new device that comes on the network and then tells you when it drops offline. So phones etc, getting hundreds of these everyday. Very annoying

Evan Marty: please hurry, for my sanity. Seems like it only happens in my linked account from my old company. So its either specific account related, or link'd related.
