This is definitely an issue that needs a remedy. Devices with "Pro plus" support become attached to a ovrc client (like a showroom account) when they are picked up on a scan, but if the device is later installed on a different network, it still lists under the original client. There is no way to remove the individual device, and so there are only "workarounds" to get this device off the original account. Evan here says to unplug the hub, then hide the device, but most of our hubs are now built into the router, so that's out. If I have the roku at the clients house on a wattbox or am onsite, I can power down the device then hide it, I guess. Otherwise the option is to use Ovrc hub delete or delete the router from ovrc and re-add it. And relabel everything? You should just give us a button if its going to track across systems this way.

Eric, 3rd-party devices can be removed when they are offline by clicking hide device. In the instance you are describing the devices that move with the client would be offline and would be able to be removed. Additionally, you can unplug the hub device and then hide all offline devices. Plugging the hub back in and doing a scan will rediscover all devices that are there.

Evan Marty: Appreciate that, I was looking for more of a remote option. The issue is if the 3rd party devices go online at new location, it shows them still online at the old location as they are locked to that OvrC account.
