It would be very helpful to search by a device MAC address and have the assigned customer pop up. I am trying to claim a device and it is already claimed. Very difficult to determine what site it is claimed on.

I am curious why this wasn't part of the initial interface. I understand not wanting to return results on devices that may be managed by another integrator. Integrators can work around this with takeover boxes though so it should be an issue. Ideally, being able to search by MAC assists with reducing time lost to having to call in or slog through chat support.

This needs to be in place ASAP, "what a crap site for searching and our worst feature" I was told this by support and yet they dont fix it.
