Search for a device among all customers

Is there a way to do a search for all customers having a certain device? Right now I have to go into each customer to search for devices. I recently needed to know who all had a Ring camera. Would have loved to do a search from main dashboard.

It has been this way since the beginning and hundreds of people have been complaining about it for years and years. While it is infinitely frustrating for all of us, the clown show that is writing the code for OvrC apparently doesn't know how to fix it. Either that or they are too busy finding ways to make us click more "are you sure" confirmation pop-ups just to delete an item that has been offline for 2 years.
