ISSUE: device is online, but not showing in OVRC
STEPS: Enter MAC address and then there are two options:
1) device is claimed by us on a different account and we can easily transfer it
2) 'Device is not found'. This is a misleading message, why not: 'device is claimed by another AV company/installer'
Why do we need another Pro hub to do the take over vs. we get a similar message as in bullet 1) and we take-over ONLY this device OR we go to take over, enter the IP address and only take over this device.
I have done this take-over now a few times, but still struggling what I am looking at when I do a take over only because we installed a 'used device'. Yup we have some low budget customers that cannot afford the prices of new equipment.
