This project is in setup mode and is currently inaccessible to your customer

On some of my OvrC sites there is an alert message that says "This project is in setup mode and is currently inaccessible to your customer." There is a blue "i" that SHOULD have more info, but does not (clicking it does nothing). If I click on "What's New" there is no info either. I called support and the tech had no info on this available to him and when he asked his colleagues, no one could help. They referred us to a general Control4 changelog site that had no info related to this issue.
There is a "Start customer handoff" button, but I have no idea what that will do, so I am not clicking it. There is also an "X" that I imagine will dismiss the message, but what is it dismissing? What does the message even mean? If I dismiss it, will I be able to complete this mysterious customer handoff later?

This message shows when you've registered a Control4 controller via OvrC. During the setup and registration process, a Control4 customer account is created for the project (you can see the account credentials in Categories > Control & Automation > C4 Project Settings Card > Manage). Once the Control4 system has been set up and programmed (usually via Composer Pro), you can click the "Start Customer Handoff" button. This will send the end customer (ie home owner) an email with instructions on how to use the Control4 app to "claim" the project. This will also transfer the previously created Control4 customer account to their email address, allowing them to use the Control4 mobile app and log in via customer.control4.com. After handoff, you will no longer be able to view the credentials for the C4 customer account.
Dismissing the setup mode message will not prevent you from initiating the customer handoff in the future. Customer handoff is available via Settings > Manage Access > Invite User > Select Control4 option.
