Trying to hand off a project 3.4.3 via OVRC for over a week and having the following,

No other options available, we can't un-tick the connect, they don't want to subscribe either so ATM the client has moved into a development turn key house that they can't use!

It has been like this since Thursday the 13th I believe and tech support said it would resolved by last weekend due to an error on OVRC US end, if any one here can provide any further input?
