Unable to perform handover as client never receives email for registering on Control4, nor do we have the ability to resend. So now we are stuck with temp credentials and can't get client onboard

We have also experienced the clean wipe, luckily we had a backup but still lost half a day's programming. It used to be much easier via customer.control4.com
Now we are forced into the OVRC environment which we don't even use in South Africa. It purely for registration only

I did take over & lost all labels, it wiped C4 clean, then couldnt do handoff either

this still happens to us regularly as well. Poor software design/process/testing at Snap One continues to cost all of us tons of hours and dollars.

Just did the whole control4 takeover and handover process and MY GOD it was a nightmare. Tech support was great but they don’t have a clue either. They are never surprised when the process fails because it fails so frequently. A customer handover for Elan/Nice or Crestron can be done in minutes…. Took us over 4 hours on the phone with tech support to get it done! Total Nightmare
