Please allow OVRC to send E-mail alerts regarding UPS status changes while connected via UPS link. For example, it would be great to get an alert when a battery's health degrades below "Good", or if the UPS senses that it has switched over to battery mode due to loss of power. Alerting on max current thresholds would also be nice. I'm not sure why your base line products do not support SNMP, but there are plenty of templates that could be used to start supporting it without having to develop it all from the ground up in OVRC.
