Wattbox Needs More Detailed Monitoring

We've been asking for this for years, and I'll say it once more. We NEED to be able to know what's going on with the power on our job sites! Knowing if there was an auto-reboot initiated, a power surge, and seeing a history of the voltage over time would be really awesome. Clean, stable power is a critical part of every system, and bad power (+Surges) represents a significant amount of our service calls and reliability issues.
While using a UPS is a great thing, not every device in the home can be on a UPS. That's where the Wattbox PDUs come in. Being able to explain problems in the clients power, just like you would show them their poor internet speed and Wi-Fi coverage, is a really valuable tool for troubleshooting client's issues and convincing them to consider additional power solutions.

This would be extremely helpful especially when there is a power surge and we have to show insurance company from logs to back our case.

Absolutely need the ability to have a historical log of power events. If I can show the customer a historical record, it makes selling way easier.

I agree.. I have no idea when I lost power to a device and it needed to auto restart.. PLEASE update this. The logs are horrid.

I agree I love the wattbox and pdus but am dissappointed in the lack of statistics. If someone makes a comparable product that gives more info and data I would be strongly looking at it.
